| (1) | Street Revolution – POWER to the PEOPLE! Singapore Street Festival 2008 is open to all in Singapore. All participants must be registered as members of Singapore Street Festival |
| (2) | All participants who are under 21 years of age must get parental or guardian's consent. |
| (3) | All participants must agree to abide by the rules stipulated here and the indemnity waiver stipulated in the registration form when participating in Street Revolution – POWER to the PEOPLE! Singapore Street Festival 2008 |
| (4) | SSF will take place at Central district areas: Suntec City, Scape, Plaza Singapura, and other venues that will be as stipulated in each programme. |
| (5) | All prizes won whether in vouchers or in kind are not eligible for cash exchange, unless prizes are stipulated as cash prizes. The organizer reserves the right to replace any prizes in vouchers or in kind with another of equal value, without prior notice. |
| (6) | Any prizes whether in vouchers or in kind, and or in cash that are not claimed during the festival, will be sold or money raised (together with the cash prizes - if any) will be set aside for SSF other projects in the year or as reserves for SSF2009. |
| (7) | All winners will need to produce their identification when collecting prizes. Winners under 21 years of age will also need to produce their parent's or guardian's identification. |
| (8) | Winners, who are sending representatives to collect prizes on their behalf – must note that SSF requires a letter of authorization and identifications of both the winner and the person collecting prizes on behalf be it their parent or friend. |
| (9) | The organizer and sponsor/s of contest/s reserve the right to publish the names and particulars of the winners. The organizer and/or sponsor/s of contest/s also reserve/s the rights to use any picture/s of participant/s prior or during and after the festival for any publicity purpose. |
| (10) | Sponsor/s of contest/s held during the Street Revolution – POWER to the PEOPLE! Singapore Street Festival 2008 reserve/s all rights to own all submissions by participating contestant/s unless otherwise stipulated by the contest/s sponsor/s. |
| (11) | All winner/s and finalist/s of any contest/s held during the Street Revolution – POWER to the PEOPLE! Singapore Street Festival 2008 are required to perform/s or make appearance/s at the corporate function/s of the contest/s sponsor/s. |
| (12) | The organizer or the sponsor/s will not be responsible for any expenditure incurred by the contestant/s in the course of participant/s preparing for the contest/s, and also not liable for any injuries arising out of or due to the rehearsals, performances and/or the contest/s respectively. |
| (13) | The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration/s they seem fit. NO further explanation is required. |
| (14) | All judges' decision for contest/s is/are final and NO correspondence thereafter will be entertained. |
| (15) | Official forms can be obtained from Scape; 77th Street; Nac reception counter. Official forms are also available for download from the website www.singaporestreetfestival.com |
| (16) | Submission of registration forms for performer/s and contest/s at Scape Counter: Time: 9.00am to 6pm (Monday - Friday), close on Saturday & Sunday.
