Notes: Please read the details of street rulz which is a compulsory component before registration.

Registration criteria require everyone including each member of group/s to fill in their particulars in full, submit pictures and bios of individuals and/or groups respectively. Singer/s and band groups are required to submit song lists and lyrics, technical list and requirements, along with the name of their group and CD demos.
Kindly note that all entries will have to be submitted as per requested by Organiser and/or Sponsors, barring which the applications may be rejected.

I, declare that all particulars provided above and true and correct and I hereby agree to abide by the Street Revolution – POWER to the PEOPLE!, a Singapore Street Festival 2008 street rulz.
 
Please indicate here that you have read and understood the stipulated terms in Street Rulz posted by the Festival Organisers at www.singaporestreetfestival.com . I have agreed to participate in programme/s that is/are indicated in the registration above and undertake responsibility to turn up for all performing dates agreed.
Failure to make the effort to turn up for your scheduled performance/s without your checking and prior notice of more 24hours, you and each member of your band/duo/group shall be eligible to a fine of not more than S$20/- each for soloist and S$80/- flat fee for a band/group of not more than 5 members that is registered in this application form.
   
B1 Waiver
I agree to take part in Street Revolution – POWER to the PEOPLE! Singapore Street Festival 2008 voluntarily. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, the undersigned, am legally bound for myself and do hereby waive and release the Festival Organiser/s, Festival Sponsor/s and all and all persons/companies/agencies involved/connected with Street Revolution – POWER of the PEOPLE, Singapore Street Festival 2008 from any liabilities, claims and damages arising from my participation in any programme or competition of this festival, including without limitation, any personal injury.
I also certify that I am physically fit to participate in Street Revolution – POWER to the PEOPLE!, Singapore Street Festival 2008.

Registration for all performances closes on 30 April 2008.

Registration Fee
Registration fees for the various categories are as follows:
   

1.

 Solo Applicant at S$20/- each
   

2.

 Duo or Trio also at S$20 each per member
   

3.

 Group of 4/5 at S$80 flat rate.
   

4.

 Any group above 5 members will have to pay S$80 for 5 members plus S$20/- each for additional or subsequent member to a maximum of 7 members.

Members of COMPASS and other associated club/s are entitled to 50% discount when registering to participate in the street festival, identification evidence required to qualify.
